2009/03/01: The site got knocked offline last week. It turns out my host failed to pay their own bills! I moved to another provider after it became clear things weren't coming back online but I was unable to access any recent data... hence the new look here.

I don't know if I will get around to addressing broken inbound links... there are probably a ton of those!
